What is Ticket Purchasing Assistance (TPA)?

Ticketing Assistance, or TPA, is a service designed to help you secure tickets for high-demand events, especially when ticketing platforms are known to experience heavy traffic and technical difficulties.

How do I apply for TPA?

You can apply by filling out our order form once it's announced. Make sure to include your payment proof to confirm your slot.

What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on your selected tier. For more info about our rates, please see pricing.

Do I need to make a down payment (DP) to secure my slot?

You need to pay full price for our TPA slots. Highest tier, first come, first served policy apply.

Do I need to pay you my desired seat's ticket price?

No, you don’t need to make a payment for the tickets themselves. Once we secure your slot, we will send you a checkout link (via GCash or Grab), and you will complete the payment directly through the official checkout links. Or, you will provide us with your card details for checkout.

How will I know if my TPA slot is secured?

You will receive an email and the link to your specific channel to our Discord server.

Can I reserve a slot before the form is released?

No, slots are only available once the form is officially published. You can, however, join our Discord channel and join our email list for updates regarding events we offer TPA.

Is my slot transferable to someone else?

No, once you submit your order form, your slot is non-transferable.

Can I change my ticket preference after securing a slot?

If you need to change your ticket preference (e.g., from regular to premium), please let us know as soon as possible. However, availability may be limited, and changes are not guaranteed.

Can I use my own ticketing site account?

Yes! In fact, we encourage you to use your own ticketing site account so you can claim your tickets on your own.

For special cases, you may use our account and we will provide you steps on how you will be able to claim your own tickets.

Will you be checking out the tickets on my behalf?

We have three checkout options available: via checkout links (GCash/Grab) or via your own credit/debit card, or via our own card. Checkout options vary depending on the ticketing site so please check out more info on our checkouts page.

How will I know if the tickets are secured?

We will immediately inform you once the tickets are secured and you can check them on your own profile.

What happens if I encounter a payment error?

If there's a payment error, we'll do our best to secure your desired seats again on the same selling date at no additional cost, but this is not guaranteed.

To highlight, we are NOT responsible for any issues arising from various issues, including but not limited to ticket availability, technical errors (e.g. check-out errors, ghost checkouts), or other third-party actions.

Please contact the appropriate platforms for these issues. We will, however, do our best to assist with securing your seats as our resources allow.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are generally not provided unless there is a proven error on our part or if no tickets were secured, in which case a partial refund (60%) will be issued.

Another case would be if you booked for a higher tier but only secured a lower tier seat, we will refund the difference, charging only the assistance fee for the secured tier.

Are you responsible for issues with ticket availability or technical errors?

While we do our best to assist, we are not liable for ticket availability or technical errors on ticketing platforms. Please contact the appropriate platforms for these issues.
