FOR SM TICKETS EVENTS TICKET PURCHASE ASSISTANCE
Ticket Assistance Fees.
All fees on our website are for our services only! These do not include the actual ticket and online fees.
No cancellation of paid slots.
Once you have submitted the form with your proof of payment, you may not cancel your slots. No refunds for cancellations.
If you wish to transfer your slots, please let us know ahead of time. We will not entertain any transferring of slots one day before the day of ticketing.
Checkouts.
We will, however, use your SM Tickets account upon checkout. You will receive the verification in your email.
(1) Use Own Payment Method. SM Tickets has a variety of payment methods like GCash, Grab or Maya, we will NOT be needing your card details to check out. We will simply send you the QR or checkout link for your chosen payment method.
(2) Debit Card Lending. You will have to transfer the full ticket price + TicketNet online fee (150php) to our account on top of the ticket assistance fee before ticket selling. We will use your billing details and email upon checkout. You will receive the eTickets in your email.
(3) Credit Card Lending. This method depends on availability. We will use our own card and billing details to checkout and you can pay the ticket and online fees after the tickets are secured. Once paid, we will transfer or send the eTickets to your email. Again, this depends on our card limit.
(4) For Using Own Credit/Debit Cards. We will be needing your card details to check out. If you are not comfortable with this, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM. We will still use your billing details and email upon checkout. You will receive the purchase verification in your email. We will use Telegram to receive your card details since all messages there are encrypted.
No refunds.
Full refunds are generally not provided unless there is a proven error on our part, for example technical errors on our tools during the ticketing time.
We also do not do refunds on tickets secured that are lower (downgrade) from your paid tier (for example VIP > Upper Box). The tiers we will checkout will always be subject to your approval if they are different from your priority / desired seats. No additional payments needed should you wish to upgrade your tiers ON THE DAY OF THE TICKET SELLING DATE IF YOUR DESIRED SEATS ARE UNAVAILABLE.
Once checkout links are sent, our service is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be made should there be any payment errors for any seated tickets since this error is not on our end. If you take too long paying for your slot, we are not liable for it since we require our clients to be responsive during ticket selling. We will, however, try to secure back up seats but it will not be our priority since we already sent you your first checkout link.
If no checkout links were sent, in which case a partial refund (70%) will be issued.
NOTE: We highly suggest flexibility when it comes to choosing your back up seats so you can have higher chance of attending the concert. We will, however, do our best to secure your desired seats and add back ups in case there would be errors.
No liability.
While we do our best to assist, we are not liable for ticket availability or technical errors on ticketing platforms. Please contact the appropriate platforms for these issues.
Unresponsive client.
We do our best to get in touch with all of our clients before the ticketing starts. In the circumstance that a client is unresponsive despite our efforts in contacting you, we will render your slot invalid, even for paid slots.
If you’ve already paid for your slots and do not respond until an hour before the ticketing starts, we will not provide any refund.
